Now that I’m a mom of a 10 month old, the self care moments are few and far between. Since I was newly postpartum last fall, I feel like I didn’t soak in the season and I definitely wasn’t prioritizing self care. This year I’m going to make it a priority to indulge in some self care and take time to slow down and appreciate the change in season.
